Rylee was a Scorpio, she loved sushi, broadway and Disney music, her pets and God. She had the sweetest voice, the biggest laugh, and a passion for good doing. She sang soprano, loved the Disney movie Tangle, wore butterflies in her hair and her favorite color was yellow. She loved spending time with her sisters, hanging out with her 50 year old best friend, FaceTiming all night with her bestie Bryce and going to Church.
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.
Rylee spent her short time here on earth being kind, advocating for those in need and spreading love to everyone she met. She believed no matter your race, religion, orientation you deserved to be loved. She believed everyone deserved kindness. She was absolutely a remarkable kid.
Since Rylees passing we have grown to know more about how Rylee treated people, it was better than we ever could have imagined. You see, Rylee didnāt brag or post about her kindness on social media. If you told Rylee your secrets or confided in her your problems, fears, or dreams- she kept them close to her heart and never shared with anyone else.
I believe God knew Rylees life was going to be short, so he stuffed as much sunshine and joy in her heart as he possibly could.
Rylee passed unexpectedly at 15, but we knew without a shadow of a doubt she would have wanted to help others by being an organ donor. Rylee was the sunshine in so many peoples lives. She is missed every day.
On our darkest days, with the biggest clouds, we all continue to #bethesunshine. Love, Your family
